Reservation Policy

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.  Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.  if you are a Kuwaiti citizen or a foreigner residing in Kuwait, you must provide a Kuwait Civil ID card at the time of check-in. Couples wishing to share a room must provide their original marriage certificate if you are a Kuwaiti citizen or a foreigner residing in Kuwait, you must provide a Kuwait Civil ID card at the time of check-in.  One child 1 year old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. Alcohol is not served at this property.

Cancellation Policy

With a refundable reservation, you may cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel on the day of arrival

Quarantine reservations are non-refundable.

​

With a non-refundable reservation will be charged 100% of the reservation amount
